It's back to school time, and at my house we have been gearing up for the return to class by purchasing school supplies, sneakers, sports uniforms, and fall clothes. The backpacks are loaded, school and athletic fees are paid, and classrooms and lockers have been scoped out. The unstructured, carefree days that my children have experienced during summer are over, and the hectic months of homework, practices, and school projects have begun.
